Ms. Gunenc and Mr. Kennington performed full project management services for the design and construction of Banner & Witcoff’s new offices in Washington, DC. Services included procurement of the architect and engineers, design management, preliminary cost studies, contractor procurement, contract negotiations, audiovisual coordination, information technology coordination, voice and data cabling vendor procurement and management, furniture vendor assistance, coordination with the landlord and management of the tenant improvement allowance, security vendor coordination and relocation services. We also were responsible for maintaining the project schedule and budget.
On this project Banner & Witcoff accomplished their goals of revising its firm’s image as well as significantly lowered their attorney to square foot ratio.
