Ms. Gunenc performed full project management services for the design and construction for The Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA) new office space in Washington, DC. Services included procurement of the architect and engineers, design management, preliminary cost studies, contractor procurement, contract negotiations, audiovisual coordination, information technology coordination, voice and data cabling vendor procurement and management, furniture vendor assistance, coordination with the landlord and management of the tenant improvement allowance, security vendor coordination, and relocation services. We also were responsible for maintaining the project schedule and budget.

CEDPA had a limited budget for the renovation and relocation of their new space creating a budget challenge for the project. The team reused as much of the existing components in the renovated space. It also used painted finishes in various colors and artwork CEDPA owned to create interest in the new space.

The project was completed on-time and within budget.
