Mr. Kennington performed full project management services throughout the design and construction of CATERPILLAR’s government affairs office in Washington, DC.

For CATERPILLAR we coordinated all aspects of their project including managing and coordination with the architect, the general contractor, the telephone vendor, the telephone/data cabling vendor, the security vendor as well as to control the schedule, budget and quality.

We also managed the procurement of the moving company and management of that company.
