Ms Gunenc performed full project management services throughout the design and construction of the Washington, DC Headquarters of Cox Broadcasting and Cox Newspapers.

For Cox Broadcasting and Newspapers we coordinated all aspects of their project including managing the architect, the general contractor, the telephone vendor, the telephone/data cabling vendor, the furniture vendor, the moving company as well as to control the schedule, budget and quality.

This facility includes studios, individual offices, and systems furniture offices.
