Ms. Gunenc performed full project management services throughout the design and construction including procuring the architect and general contractor for the design, site work, base building and interior renovation.

The site has been approved for storage facility through the special exception approval process. We have assisted the project throughout the special exception and zoning approval and handled all the coordination and permit approval process with Prince Georges County, Maryland.

The building is 117,000 square feet with 4 levels and two floors have grade level access. An underground drainage system and a storm water control pond were required due to the soil conditions at the site. The building was designed with an upgraded security system as part of the self-storage facility requirement.
