Ms. Gunenc performed full project management services for the base building and interior renovation of 705 Edgewood Education Center.

The project included converting a 75,000 sf of warehouse to accommodate multiple charter schools. The base building infrastructure and utilities have been upgraded for multiple schools and the building façade has been refinished.

The scope of work included zoning approvals, environmental impact screening study, and utility upgrades including water, sanitary and electric.

We assisted WEDJ Public Charter School to create their 37,000 sf facility in this building including auditorium/lunchroom, play area, classrooms, and teachers’ offices. Their project was performed with limited funds and on an expedited project schedule. We also helped WEDJ procure permits for their projects and in establishing good relations with the governing officials.

The project was completed on-time and within budget.
