K&G performed full owner’s representation services during the condominium conversion of this 404-unit high rise apartment building. The kitchens and toilets were upgraded along with the finishes throughout. Our responsibilities included evaluation of the existing building, assistance in determining the scope of renovations, managing the general contractor procurement process, assistance in hiring all the subcontractors, and coordinating the renovations.

As the condominium units completed, we assisted the sales team in performing settlement coordination services including meeting with the unit purchasers, reviewing and coordinating any purchaser requested items, and in handling any warranty issues.

Throughout this project, we maintained the overall project schedule and master budget. We also managed all the funding for the project with the financial partner.
