The Metropolitan Park is a 300-unit apartment development in downtown Bethesda. The building was designed and constructed over an existing six-story underground parking garage.

Mr. Kennington performed full owner’s representative services during the design, bidding and construction phases. The initial design and bid phase services included schematic, design development and construction document review, constructability analysis, construction cost estimates, duration analysis, contracting methodology, contractor selection and award. The construction phase services included schedule reviews, progress meetings, preparation of progress reports, requisition reviews, change order analysis and project close-out procedures.
