Ms. Gunenc performed full project management services throughout the design and construction phases including procuring the design-builder for the base building and sitework. We also handled all the coordination and permit approval process with the Atlanta Department of Buildings.

The design and construction of the project was fast-tracked so that the first tenant, 100,000 sf, could occupy in 8 months from the start of design.

The building is 900,000 square feet with floor loading of 250 lbs./sf; and electrical power of 85 watts/sf. The building was designed as a mission critical co-location and telecommunication facility.

The re-development accommodates 40--2000 KW generators for tenants’ back-up power.

The project also included the design and construction of approximately 2 miles of fiber optic ducts installed in the public right-of-ways as well as the design and construction of a substation designed specifically to serve the building.
