Ms. Gunenc performed full project management services throughout the design and construction including procuring the design-builder for the site work, base building and interior renovation.

Services also included procurement of contract negotiations, audiovisual coordination, information technology coordination, voice and data cabling vendor procurement and management, furniture vendor assistance, specialty equipment and ATM coordination, security vendor coordination and relocation services. We also were responsible for maintaining the project schedule and budget.

On this project, Money One Credit Union accomplished their goals of revising their image.
