KGO Project Management performed full project management services during the design and construction of National Business Group on
Health’s 15,000 sf offices in Washington, DC. Services included Architectural and MEP design management, preliminary cost studies,
coordination with the general contractor, audiovisual coordination, information technology coordination, voice and data cabling vendor
procurement and management, furniture vendor assistance, coordination with the landlord and management of the tenant improvement
allowance, security vendor coordination and relocation services. We also were responsible for maintaining the project schedule and budget.
For this project, NBGH succeeded in creating a new image for their association.
