The Port Royal Condominiums had a safety concern for its residents and guests from concrete deteriorating and falling from its balconies. Working with the condominium association’s building committee, Mr. Kennington helped them establish a design and construction budget to correct the safety issue plus improve the façade appearance, replace the balcony handrails and balcony divider panels.

Once the construction cost was approved by the condominium association, Mr. Kennington performed full owner’s representative services during the design, bidding and construction phases of this project.

The project was completed with minimum disruption to the condominium occupants, within the established schedule and budget.
