Renaissance Apartments is a 330-unit apartment development in Falls Church, Virginia. The building includes an outdoor swimming facility, pool house and a tennis facility inside an air structure.

Mr. Kennington performed the owner’s representative and project management services for the developer during the development of this project. His responsibilities included project budgeting, project scheduling, review of the construction documents, identification, bid and award of all the subcontractors, and management of the subcontractors. During construction, Mr. Kennington prepared all project budgets and schedule updates, chaired the progress meetings, prepared the progress reports, prepared the contractor’s payment requisitions, performed change order analysis, and performed all project close-out.
