Mr. Kennington performed full project management services for the design and construction for Salter & Company offices in Bethesda, Maryland. Services included procurement of the architect and engineers, design management, preliminary cost studies, contractor procurement, contract negotiations, audiovisual coordination, voice and data cabling vendor procurement and management, furniture vendor assistance, coordination with the landlord and management of the tenant improvement allowance, security vendor coordination, and relocation services. We also were responsible for maintaining the project schedule and budget.

The project was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.
