K&G Project Management performed full project management services during the
design and construction of Venable’s 30,000 sf offices in Towson, Maryland.
Services included procurement of the architect and engineers, design management,
preliminary cost studies, coordination with the general contractor, audiovisual
coordination, information technology coordination, voice and data cabling vendor
procurement and management, furniture vendor assistance, coordination with the landlord
and management of the tenant improvement allowance, security vendor coordination and
relocation services. We also were responsible for maintaining the project schedule and budget.
The project also included complete renovations of the base building toilets on the two Venable floors.
