Mr. Kennington and Ms. Gunenc performed full project management services for USinternetworking, Inc. on eight projects including their headquarters in Annapolis; the data center in Annapolis; the west coast office and data center in San Francisco; and their offices in Miami.

For these projects we helped USi hire the architect, engineers, contractor, the furniture, telephone and cabling vendors and coordinated and oversaw these professionals. We also helped USi procure permits for their projects and in establishing good relations with the governing officials.

When USi created its first data center, bringing this data center on-line at the earliest possible date was critical. The project was conceived on April 1 and was on-line by July 1. This time period, three months, included the design, permitting and construction. This data center included a raised floor server environment, a Network Operation Center (NOC); full redundant back-up power systems with UPS’ and generator; a pre-action fire suppression system; and independent and redundant Liebert a/c systems.
