Venable is Maryland’s largest law firm with approximately 500 employees in their Baltimore Headquarters.

K&G Project Management performing full project management services during the design and construction of Venable’s future 150,000 sf offices. Services included procurement of the architect and engineers, design management, preliminary cost studies, coordination with the general contractor, audiovisual coordination, information technology coordination, voice and data cabling vendor procurement and management, furniture vendor assistance, coordination with the landlord and management of the tenant improvement allowance, security vendor coordination and relocation services. We also are responsible for maintaining the project schedule and budget.

The scope of the work included two-story atrium with two staircases, terrace addition, cafés, computer facility, library, high density storage areas and office space.
