Ms. Gunenc is a civil engineer and has her MBA with a focus on real estate. She has over fifteen years experience in design, construction, relocation and development management and has lead several development teams from due diligence through project completion. Ms. Gunenc is extremely proficient in hiring, monitoring and managing the design and construction team members. She has strong organizational and communication skills, and she excels at knowing every detail about her projects. Ms. Gunenc has domestic and multi-national project experience including serving as one of the project managers for a $67 million turn-key construction project in Russia.
