Audiovisual

We will assist in the hiring of an audiovisual vendor via identifying vendors, soliciting bids, evaluating those bids, and making a recommendation to you. Once the successful audiovisual vendor is selected, we will coordinate their work with the work of the other vendors and the general contractor.    

Voice and Data Cabling

We will assist in the hiring of a telephone and data cabling contractor by preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP), soliciting bids, evaluating those bids, and making a recommendation to you. Once the successful cabling contractor is selected, we will coordinate the work of a cabling vendor with the landlord/contractor.  

Telephone Equipment

We will coordinate the work of your telephone equipment vendor to help ensure the change over of the telephone service is accomplished at the move date. We will also coordinate the work of the telephone equipment vendor with the telephone and data cabling contractor.  

Moving Company Selection

We will assist in the hiring of a moving company by preparing a Request for Proposal for moving services, answering questions, evaluating proposals and making a recommendation to you.

Furniture Selection

We will assist in identifying appropriate furniture vendors, procuring pricing and in evaluating the vendors’ proposals. We will help you hire the successful furniture vendor and schedule and coordinate the work of the furniture vendor with the general contractor and other vendors.

Security Selection

We will assist in the hiring of a security vendor via soliciting bids, evaluating those bids, and making a recommendation to you. Once the successful security vendor is selected, we will coordinate the work of that vendor with the landlord and the general contractor.
